How to stay sane when working from home with children:

Family activity idea:
Create a Nature Scavenger Hunt like this one pictured for when you take your walks (there are many templates online or you can create your own).

Recommended Acts of Social Closeness:
Write letters to long lost friends. Relax and enjoy this quieter time with your family. Practice patience and compassion when others are stressed. Walk your dog more often. Say hello more often when your family members come home from a long day. Ask them how their day was. Smile more. Help cook. Try out a new recipe. Work on a new family photo album. Help wash the dishes. Help put out the garbage. Play more family games. Write a song, record it, and send it to your friends. Stand at your door in the evening and sing with your neighbors.
